School-Based Clinical Social Worker, Full-Time

About the Role

Seeking a full-time clinical consultant to provide systems-level consultation, professional development, and capacity-building support within a school-based behavioral health program. The role involves partnering with school districts and leadership teams to strengthen infrastructure, enhance collaboration, and develop sustainable systems promoting student well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate a school behavioral health consultation model in collaboration with school teams.
• Serve as the primary clinical contact for multiple school districts, offering on-site and virtual support.
• Co-design, facilitate, and evaluate professional development tailored for K–12 staff, emphasizing shared learning and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools to ensure clear communication and goal alignment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work and LICSW licensure in MA.
• 7–10 years of experience in school-based behavioral health, with a background in working with diverse communities and understanding school infrastructure.
• Experience in systems-level consultation with school leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate professional development with a focus on equity and social justice.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
