Responsibilities

• Collaborating with school teams to implement and evaluate behavioral health models
• Serving as the primary clinical consultant for assigned districts
• Facilitating professional development focused on promoting student well-being and systemic sustainability

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work
• 7–10 years of experience in school-based behavioral health
• LICSW licensure in MA
• Experience with diverse communities
• Experience collaborating with multiple schools
• Experience designing equity-focused training
• Strong communication skills
• Independence, teamwork, and strategic problem-solving

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of school infrastructure
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams
• Multilingual capacities
