School-Based Clinical Social Worker (Full-Time)

About the role

This full-time role involves providing systems-level consultation, professional development, and capacity-building support to school districts within a school-based behavioral health program. The consultant collaborates with district leaders and school teams to strengthen infrastructure, improve cross-sector collaboration, and develop sustainable systems that support student social, emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate a school behavioral health consultation model in partnership with team members and school staff.
• Serve as the primary clinical contact for assigned school districts, offering onsite and virtual support.
• Co-design, facilitate, and assess professional development initiatives using reflective and collaborative frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school partners, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work and LICSW licensure in MA.
• 7–10 years of experience in school-based behavioral health, including serving diverse communities and collaborating with multiple schools and districts.
• Experience providing systems-level consultation to school leaders and multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on equity and social justice.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate professional development for K–12 audiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
