School-Based Clinical Social Worker, Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a full-time clinical consultant to provide systems-level consultation, professional development, and capacity-building support within a school-based behavioral health program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school teams to implement and evaluate a behavioral health consultation model.
• Serve as the primary clinical contact for assigned districts.
• Support infrastructure and collaboration efforts.
• Co-design and facilitate professional development sessions.
• Foster strong school partnerships.
• Ensure sustainable systems to promote student well-being and academic success.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work.
• 7–10 years of experience in school-based behavioral health.
• LICSW licensure in Massachusetts.
• Experience working with diverse communities and collaborating with multiple schools/districts.
• Experience designing equitable professional development.
