About the role
Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 1 to 6 years of litigation experience to join the Salt Lake City office. Labor and employment law experience is preferred. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Utah.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on labor and employment laws
- Represent clients in litigation and mediation
- Assist with contract negotiations and compliance
- Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 6 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in Utah

- Strong academic background in law
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
