About the role

Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 1 to 6 years of litigation experience to join the Salt Lake City office. Labor and employment law experience is preferred. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on labor and employment laws
  • Represent clients in litigation and mediation
  • Assist with contract negotiations and compliance
  • Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 6 years of litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice law in Utah

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background in law
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

  • Experience in labor and employment law
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
