Los Angeles - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler is seeking to hire an attorney with a minimum of 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience, including substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience, to join the Los Angeles office. Must be licensed to practice law in California.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in litigation and arbitration
- Advise clients on compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle wage and hour disputes and investigations
- Manage and resolve class actions and individual claims
- Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures
- Prepare and present legal arguments and briefs
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience
- Substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience
- Admitted to practice law in California
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Experience with wage and hour laws
- Class action defense experience
- Experience with PAGA claims
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education.
