About the role
The Labor & Employment Associate will provide legal counsel and representation in matters related to labor and employment law, with a focus on wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience practicing labor and employment law in California.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation in wage and hour disputes
- Advise clients on compliance with state and federal labor laws
- Represent clients in PAGA claims and class actions
- Prepare and review employment agreements, policies, and procedures
- Conduct workplace investigations and trainings
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Substantial experience in labor and employment law
- Excellent academic credentials
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Passing bar exam
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with litigation and negotiation

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000 contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
