Portland - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of Labor & Employment experience to join the Portland office. Litigation and advice and counsel experience is a plus. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Advise and counsel clients on labor and employment matters
- Participate in litigation and mediation efforts
- Provide guidance on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Oregon
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of Labor & Employment experience
Qualifications
- Strong academic background in law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Experience in labor and employment law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
