About the role

Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of Labor & Employment experience to join the Portland office. Litigation and advice and counsel experience is a plus. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and counsel clients on labor and employment matters
  • Participate in litigation and mediation efforts
  • Provide guidance on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Oregon
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of Labor & Employment experience

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background in law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Experience in labor and employment law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
