Traditional Labor Associate - Portland and Seattle (Hybrid)

About the role

Littler is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of traditional labor law experience to support the practice group and the Pacific Northwest offices. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, and their experience should include significant traditional labor experience, including experience with collective bargaining, unfair labor practice litigation, union campaigns and representation, and labor arbitrations.

Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Oregon or Washington.

Pay

The salary range is $200,000 to $260,000 annually and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

This position is hybrid and can be worked from Portland, OR or Seattle, WA.
