About the role

The Labor & Employment Associate will provide legal counsel and support to clients in the area of labor and employment law. This position requires a minimum of 2 - 5 years of relevant experience and a California bar license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment matters
  • Assist in the preparation and review of employment-related documents and agreements
  • Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the firm

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in California
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years of labor and employment law experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Law degree from an accredited law school
  • Passing grade on the California Bar Exam

Skills

  • Experience with labor and employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $215,000 to $255,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

The position is available on a hybrid schedule.
