About the role
The Labor & Employment Associate will provide legal counsel and support to clients in the area of labor and employment law. This position requires a minimum of 2 - 5 years of relevant experience and a California bar license.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment matters
- Assist in the preparation and review of employment-related documents and agreements
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the firm
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of labor and employment law experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Passing grade on the California Bar Exam
Skills
- Experience with labor and employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $215,000 to $255,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
Schedule
The position is available on a hybrid schedule.
