About the role

Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 to 7 years of general litigation experience to join the Fresno office. Labor and Employment Law experience is strongly preferred. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in California.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in various litigation matters
  • Provide advice and counsel on labor and employment laws
  • Prepare and present legal arguments in court
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 7 years of general litigation experience
  • Strong preference for Labor and Employment Law experience
  • Licensed to practice law in California

Qualifications

  • Law degree from an accredited law school
  • Pass the California Bar Exam

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $200,000 to $245,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education.
