About the role
Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 to 7 years of general litigation experience to join the Fresno office. Labor and Employment Law experience is strongly preferred. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in California.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various litigation matters
- Provide advice and counsel on labor and employment laws
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of general litigation experience
- Strong preference for Labor and Employment Law experience
- Licensed to practice law in California
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Pass the California Bar Exam

Pay
Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $200,000 to $245,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education.
