About the role
The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials. Outstanding writing skills are required. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California.
Responsibilities
- Substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience
- Represent clients in litigation, mediation, and negotiation
- Provide strategic advice on labor and employment matters
- Conduct research and prepare legal memoranda
- Train and mentor junior attorneys
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of labor and employment law experience
- Licensed to practice law in California

Pay
Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $270,000 to $315,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education.
