Key Responsibilities
- Represent employers in a wide variety of labor and employment disputes in state and federal courts.
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and client communications.
- Advise management-side clients on workplace issues, employment policies, and compliance matters.
- Work closely with clients across various industries on complex and high-stakes employment law matters.
- Collaborate with attorneys across Littler's national and global platform to deliver strategic legal solutions.
Key Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Active license to practice law in Colorado.
- 2–6 years of litigation experience required.
- Labor & Employment experience preferred, though strong litigation backgrounds will be considered.
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
