Key Responsibilities

  • Represent employers in a wide variety of labor and employment disputes in state and federal courts.
  • Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and client communications.
  • Advise management-side clients on workplace issues, employment policies, and compliance matters.
  • Work closely with clients across various industries on complex and high-stakes employment law matters.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across Littler's national and global platform to deliver strategic legal solutions.

Key Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado.
  • 2–6 years of litigation experience required.
  • Labor & Employment experience preferred, though strong litigation backgrounds will be considered.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
