Join our Commercial Development Program, a 12-month rotational experience designed for ambitious, early-career professionals ready to make a difference in the healthcare supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through key areas of the commercial organization in structured intervals
- Learn and apply sales and marketing principles in a real-world healthcare context
- Attend and participate in all mandatory training and development programs designed to build leadership, product knowledge, and industry expertise
- Collaborate with experienced mentors and peers across the business
- Take ownership of projects and deliver meaningful outcomes throughout your rotations
- Present findings and progress to executive stakeholders, including the Chief Revenue Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed by program start date) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated drive, initiative, and adaptability
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Curiosity about the healthcare industry and how technology can improve outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to relocate to Denver, Colorado
- Ability to travel for meetings and events as required
Pay
The compensation for this role is: $25.96- $32.45
