Denver - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2 to 6 years of litigation experience to join the Denver office. Labor and employment law experience preferred. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and must be licensed to practice law in Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on labor and employment matters
- Represent clients in litigation and mediation
- Prepare and present arguments in court
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 6 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- Excellent academic credentials
Qualifications
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation and mediation skills
- Experience with labor and employment laws
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $215,000 to $285,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
