About the role
This is a hybrid role, all candidates must reside in Denver.
Responsibilities
- Pull, analyze, and compile HR metrics including: Turnover, Leave of absence data, Cost to fill / time to fill
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of all HRMS data, including: Employee changes (hires, terminations, transfers, promotions), Reporting structures and job data
- Partner with HRBPs to prepare data insights for business reviews
- Identify trends and provide insights to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Serve as back-up support to HR Business Partner as needed
- Support audits and compliance reporting requirements
- Conduct anniversary check-ins, analyzing and sharing the data for trends, and recommending changes
- Assist with process improvement and documentation of HR workflows
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
- Other Human Resource projects as assigned
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of HR, HR operations, or HR analytics experience
- Strong Excel and data reporting skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Manager)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- The preferred candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field; or three to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- aPHR, PHR or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
