Key Responsibilities
- Accurately capture, document, and diagnose HR service needs to ensure complete and timely case resolution while managing a high volume of cases in alignment with established SLAs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR partners to resolve inquiries efficiently and escalate complex or sensitive matters as appropriate.
- Import, index, and review documentation in accordance with established standards to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Identify trends and recurring issues and contribute to process improvements that enhance HR Service Center efficiency and the overall caregiver experience.
- Support the development and maintenance of job aids, knowledge articles, and standardized procedures.
Exceptional Skills And Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field required
- Two (2) or more years of experience in human resources, HR operations, customer service, or a high-volume shared services or service center environment required
- Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and caregiver employment practices
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage frequent and varied inquiries
- High level of attention to detail with strong data accuracy and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, case management tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow standardized workflows while exercising appropriate judgment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment
