About the role

This role is responsible for completing various centralized HR processes and administrative activities. It acts as a HR data subject matter expert and is responsible for daily system audits, compliance, and system of record expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Resolves HR requests of higher complexity using established procedures with accurate responses within the allotted timeframe.
  • Administers policies such as I-9 compliance/verification, Tuition Reimbursement administration, background reviews, and cases requiring domain expertise with tactical and practical experience on high severity cases resulting in the de-escalation and proper case management.
  • Assists HR HUB Associate Specialists (Tier 1) in the effective discharge of their job responsibilities.
  • Takes ownership of developing and maintaining a Knowledge Management repository of case studies and their solutions for future reference and analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in HR data administration; HR operations; and/or HR Shared Services, required.
  • Experience in HR management systems, preferred.
  • Human Resources support or shared services model experience, preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Accounting, Finance, Statistics, preferred.

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office – strong Excel skills, required.
  • Fluency in written/spoken English, required.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and conflict management skills, required.
  • Calm, composed demeanor to de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, required.
  • Critical thinker, problem solver with a professional, 'Can do it' attitude, required.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management and organization skills and the ability to thrive, and work with others in a team-based, start-up environment, required.
  • Consistent sense of urgency in performing duties with the ability to balance multiple priorities and constantly changing workloads, required.
  • Ability to keep the highest standards of accuracy, precision, discretion, and confidentiality with strong ethical values, required.

Pay

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role is listed below.

Pay Rate or Range: $59,010.00 - $88,510.00
