Chicago - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
The Labor & Employment Associate will be responsible for representing clients in various employment law matters, including litigation, wage and hour disputes, and handling agency charges. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of large law firm labor and employment law experience, including experience with single plaintiff employment litigation and wage and hour class/collective action experience.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour disputes.
- Handle agency charges and other employment-related regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to resolve client disputes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and briefs.
- Advise clients on compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience.
- Experience with single plaintiff employment litigation.
- Experience with wage and hour class/collective action experience.
- Experience handling agency charges.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $255,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

This position is available on a hybrid schedule.
