Minneapolis - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of litigation experience to join the Minneapolis office. Labor and employment law experience is preferred. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various litigation matters
- Provide legal advice and counsel on labor and employment law issues
- Develop and implement strategies to leverage AI and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to enhance legal work product
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of litigation experience
- Preferred labor and employment law experience
- Excellent academic credentials
Qualifications
- Familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies
- Aptitude to apply these technologies effectively
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 to $230,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
