About the role

Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience to join the Dallas office. Labor and employment law experience is preferred. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and must be licensed to practice law in Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on labor and employment laws and regulations
  • Represent clients in litigation and arbitration
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent workplace disputes
  • Provide guidance on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas
  • Excellent academic credentials

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background
  • Experience in labor and employment law
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
