Rochester - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, and labor and employment litigation experience preferred. The candidate must be licensed to practice law immediately in New York.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on labor and employment matters
- Represent clients in litigation and arbitration
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports
- Provide training and guidance to clients on compliance issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of strong litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in New York
Qualifications
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong labor and employment litigation experience
Skills
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $170,000 to $215,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

The candidate will work a hybrid schedule.
