About the role

Littler is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of labor and employment litigation experience to join the Long Island office. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials. Must be licensed to immediately practice law in New York.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on labor and employment matters
  • Represent clients in litigation and arbitration
  • Conduct investigations and prepare reports
  • Provide training and compliance advice

Requirements

  • Law degree from an accredited institution
  • Admitted to practice law in New York
  • 2-4 years of labor and employment litigation experience
  • Excellent academic credentials

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with legal research and writing

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Pay
