New York - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler is seeking an attorney with 5-7 years of labor and employment law experience to join the New York office. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in employment litigation, including defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants, and preparing and negotiating employment contracts and executive compensation provisions.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $280,000 to $315,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
Schedule
The position can be performed in New York City, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
