About the role
Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience to join the New Haven office.
Responsibilities
- Significant litigation experience
- Experience in managing complex labor and employment disputes
- Ability to handle high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent academic credentials
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law immediately in Connecticut
- Passion for labor and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Connecticut
- Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience in Connecticut
Skills
- Strong litigation skills
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Effective oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases
- Strong client relationship management skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
