About the Role

Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience to join its Philadelphia office. Experience in labor and employment law is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and have experience handling employment litigation and complex wage and hour litigation, including class, collective, and representative actions. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
