About the role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff cases, wage and hour and other class-action lawsuits, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, and/or arbitrations.

Responsibilities

• Briefing motions
• Proposing and responding to discovery, including electronic discovery

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in employment litigation
• Academic credentials and strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills
• Active Pennsylvania or Delaware Bar membership required

Qualifications

• Significant non-employment litigation experience may also be considered
• This position may be based in either our Philadelphia or Wilmington, DE office
