Seeking a midlevel associate with 4-5 years of large law firm experience to join our Labor & Employment practice group.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff cases, wage and hour and other class-action lawsuits, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, and/or arbitrations. This position may be resident in our Wilmington, DE office. Active Delaware Bar membership required.
Responsibilities
- Briefing motions
- Propounding and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in employment litigation (or significant non-employment litigation experience)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills
