Labor & Employment Associate - Philadelphia

Duties

• Representing clients in employment litigation
• Handling wage and hour class and collective actions
• Managing and moving cases forward
• Engaging in trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation
• Working with administrative agency matters

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
• 4 - 7 years of employment litigation experience
• Prior experience in Delaware and/or New Jersey preferred

• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and move cases forward
• A willingness to work across offices
• Ability to produce top quality work while handling multiple assignments concurrently

$270,000– $315,000

Schedule

Attorneys, consulting professionals and paraprofessionals are asked to work from a Faegre Drinker office three days per week.
