About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience representing employers in complex wage-and-hour disputes, class and collective actions, and discrimination claims. This role includes handling litigation in state and federal courts, including trials and appeals, as well as providing day-to-day counsel to clients on employee policies, terminations, and compliance audits.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• A license in good standing in Pennsylvania

• At least three years’ experience
