About the role
ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a labor & employment associate to join its 2nd to 4th year class in the Los Angeles or San Francisco office. Our highly recognized labor, employment & OSHA practice is looking for a smart, self-motivated associate to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in support of major national companies.
Responsibilities
- Employment advice & counsel
- Drafting of policies and employment-related agreements
- Litigation, including restrictive covenants, single plaintiff claims, and class actions
Traditional labor experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Strong academic record
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Membership in good standing with the California Bar
Pay
The good faith base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $275,000 per year. The actual salary offered will depend on factors including years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and overall qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus program with opportunities for discretionary incentives based on productivity, business development, and merit.
