About the role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff cases, wage and hour and other class-action lawsuits, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, and/or arbitrations. They will also have experience briefing motions, propounding and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery, and have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills.

Active New York bar membership is required.

The salary wage range for this job posting is $225,000 to $435,000. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package.
