San Diego - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of labor and employment law experience to join the San Diego office. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in California.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Represent clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings
- Develop and deliver training programs on labor and employment law topics
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance on employee relations
- Assist with the drafting and review of employment-related policies and agreements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of labor and employment law experience
- Licensed to practice law in California
Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Experience with labor and employment law
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
Schedule
The position is available on a hybrid schedule.
