Atlanta - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3-8 years of strong litigation experience to join the Atlanta office. Labor and employment law experience preferred. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various litigation matters
- Provide strategic advice to clients on labor and employment law issues
- Participate in mediations and negotiations
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-8 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia
Qualifications
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong litigation skills
- Experience with labor and employment law
- Effective negotiation and mediation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible and can be up to 50%.
