About the role

Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3-8 years of strong litigation experience to join the Atlanta office. Labor and employment law experience preferred. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in various litigation matters
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on labor and employment law issues
  • Participate in mediations and negotiations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-8 years of litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Strong litigation skills
  • Experience with labor and employment law
  • Effective negotiation and mediation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible and can be up to 50%.
