About the role
The new Atlanta office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior associate to join the Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Represent financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings and syndicated credit facilities.
- Experience in a large law firm is preferred.
- Must be an active member of the Georgia bar.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 full years and up to 6 years of experience.
- Experience with complex lending transactions.
- Active membership in the Georgia bar.

- Extensive drafting experience on large, syndicated financing facilities.

- Provide general advice and counseling work including employment/separation/restrictive covenant agreements, wage/hour work, and leave of absence matters.
