Atlanta – Corporate Associate (Senior)

About the role

We are searching for a senior associate to join our Corporate group in our Atlanta office.

Responsibilities

• Counseling venture-backed and backable companies in day-to-day matters
• Representing companies and investors in venture financing, growth equity, and M&A transactions
• Making significant client contact daily
• Interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and general partners of venture funds

Requirements

• JD 2018-2020
• Previous large law firm experience required
• Ambition, teamwork, and collaboration
• Admission to or eligibility to waive into the State Bar of Georgia preferred
• Demonstrated experience in venture capital financings, growth and/or private equity, buy- and sell-side M&A transactions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Qualifications

Salary Range $390,000 - $435,000
