Labor & Employment Senior Associate or Counsel - Atlanta Office

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience or Counsel with 7 to 10 years of experience providing advice to sophisticated employers and defending employment litigation (single- / multi-plaintiff, EEOC-versus, and/or class and collective actions) on their behalf.

The Day-To-Day

You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group: Labor & Employment Department.

• Work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

What You Bring

• Experience advising the nation’s most sophisticated businesses on important workforce issues.
• Experience defending complicated and complex disputes, in litigation and arbitration, and/or assisting clients to manage broad portfolios of employment litigation and other matters.
• Excellent writing and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively with clients and on their behalf.
• A desire to work hard for discerning clients and with exceptional colleagues, all of whom expect the very best from the lawyers on their team.
• Experience providing practical business solutions to clients.
• Intellectual curiosity and high emotional intelligence.
• Solid academic credentials and strong work ethic.
• Stellar analytical skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• The skills to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
