Atlanta - Senior Associate / Of Counsel – Employment Litigation

About the role

The Atlanta office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation Senior Associate or Of Counsel.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage single-plaintiff employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour matters under the FLSA and related state laws.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting, responding to pleadings and discovery, drafting, and arguing motions, taking, and defending depositions, and preparing matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Requirements

• Significant employment litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
