Sales Specialist - Senior Living

About the role

The Senior Living Sales Specialist drives occupancy and revenue growth by executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. They manage the full sales cycle, foster relationships with prospective residents and referral sources, and ensure a seamless move-in experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed occupancy goals.
• Conduct personalized community tours and discovery sessions highlighting lifestyle benefits.
• Coordinate move-in processes with internal teams and ensure model rooms reflect community standards.
• Perform market research to stay informed on local competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
• Participate in daily sales huddles and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Complete all admissions paperwork and collaborate on logistics.
• Plan and host marketing events and build external relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Manage departmental budgets and support community outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior living sales or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, proven sales success, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with seniors and referral sources, highly organized with effective follow-up.
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
