About the role

The Sales Lead (SL) role at Paper Source is designed to inspire memorable shopping experiences, drive sales, and support the growth of the store team. You'll be responsible for leading the team, managing the store, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences by providing exceptional service and engaging with customers.
• Execute visual merchandising and replenishment standards to maintain a tidy, shoppable, and inviting store environment.
• Leverage key campaigns and services to actively sell and engage with customers.
• Develop employees by sharing knowledge and supporting their understanding of store operations.
• Direct work with timely management of receiving, returns, and other day-to-day processes, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in store operations.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with the store team, giving honest and respectful feedback when necessary.
• Drive results during assigned Manager on Duty (MOD) segments, meeting the store's performance targets.
• Lead merchandising and replenishment efforts during assigned MOD periods.
• Open and close the store safely, ensuring the safety of employees and customers.
• Comply with company standards regarding safety, customer experience, and all store operations, including asset protection.
• Work on the selling floor, performing physical activities such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and climbing.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00.

Schedule

This role is available on a part-time basis, typically less than 20 hours per week.
