About the role
The Sales Lead (SL) role at Paper Source is designed to inspire memorable shopping experiences, drive sales, and support the growth of the store team. You'll be responsible for managing the store's operations, mentoring employees, and fostering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable shopping experiences by providing excellent service and engaging with customers.
- Execute visual merchandising and replenishment standards to maintain a tidy and inviting store environment.
- Leverage key campaigns and services to interact with customers and promote products.
- Develop employees by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growth.
- Manage store operations by directing work, overseeing receiving, returns, and other daily processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in store operations.
- Communicate effectively with the store team and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive results during assigned Manager on Duty (MOD) segments.
- Open and close the store safely, ensuring the well-being of employees and customers.
- Comply with company standards regarding safety, customer experience, and all store operations.
