About the role
The Sales Lead (SL) role at Paper Source is designed to drive exceptional customer experiences, manage store operations, and mentor the team. This position requires a strong passion for selling products and fostering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable shopping experiences by providing consistent, friendly, and informed service.
- Execute visual merchandising and replenishment standards to maintain a neat, tidy, and inviting store environment.
- Leverage key campaigns and services to actively engage customers and train employees.
- Lead merchandising and replenishment efforts during assigned Manager on Duty (MOD) periods.
- Communicate effectively with the store team and give honest, respectful feedback.
- Drive results during MOD segments and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Open and close the store safely and manage day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Understand and deliver excellent standards of service.
- Grow knowledge of product/market and cultural trends.
- Show solid operational knowledge to run the store.

Pay
An hourly rate starting at $17.00.
Schedule
Part-time schedule available, ranging from less than 20 to 30+ hours per week, with varying benefits and compensation packages based on hours worked.
