About the Role

Midwest Event Solutions and Elevated Events are looking for a proactive, highly organized Sales & Executive Coordinator to support our leadership team and help drive business growth. This position primarily supports the owner of Midwest Event Solutions while also providing executive and sales support to Elevated Events for approximately 8-10 hours each week. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos, thrives on building relationships, and takes pride in making sure opportunities never slip through the cracks. If you're the type of person who notices what needs to be done before anyone asks, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, and executive priorities.
  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Respond to inquiries and ensure every lead receives timely follow-up.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and client communications.
  • Maintain our CRM and keep sales opportunities moving through the pipeline.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, walkthroughs, and project logistics.
  • Research prospective clients and assist with outbound business development.
  • Track action items and help keep projects on schedule.
  • Assist with reporting, special projects, and day-to-day executive support.
  • Provide approximately 8-10 hours per week of similar sales and administrative support for Elevated Events.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Previous experience in executive support, sales coordination, customer service, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

Pay

$55,000–$65,000 DOE

Schedule

Full-Time, Weekdays with occasional weekends
