Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, flyers, event collateral, and promotional materials.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Aid in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.
- Support the promotion of organizational programs, events, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach efforts.
- Maintain website content by publishing updates, uploading photos, and ensuring information remains accurate and current.
- Monitor online reviews and respond professionally while escalating sensitive matters when appropriate.
- Manage third-party digital platforms and coordinate with vendors for content updates, user access, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure consistency across all online profiles and digital communication channels.
- Assist with CRM maintenance, contact segmentation, campaign reporting, and marketing analytics.
- Organize and maintain marketing templates, digital assets, photography, and communication resources.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with established brand standards and messaging.
- Cook up meetings, calendars, agendas, and meeting materials while documenting action items.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Track sponsorship commitments, renewals, deliverables, and key deadlines.
- Support vendor communication, file management, and departmental reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with social media management tools, Google Workspace, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
