Job Responsibilities
- Cook up and carry out marketing and communications campaigns that sync with organizational objectives and brand norms.
- Help craft and put into practice communication strategies and promotional undertakings.
- Create and keep marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines.
- Collect, dissect, and summarize data to make marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
- Sure all marketing and promotional materials adhere to company branding rules.
- Coordinate with creative and graphic design teams to develop, update, and disseminate promotional materials.
- Maintain stock of marketing materials and manage orders and distribution as necessary.
- Investigate competitors, industry fads, and market activity to assist marketing endeavors.
- Help plan, organize, and execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Create and preserve standard operating procedures, templates, and processes to enhance team productivity.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, Airtable, and Microsoft Copilot to organize info, track projects, and support reporting needs.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the marketing and communications team.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience supporting marketing, communications, administrative, customer service, or related functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to communicate professionally across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated initiative and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new technologies and software platforms quickly.
- Experience creating processes, templates, or standard operating procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service or other fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Familiarity with Airtable and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or communications initiatives.
