The Role

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for aiding in the creation and facilitation of revenue-focused campaigns including but not limited to social media, email, digital, and in-venue marketing. The Marketing Coordinator should be a professional, team-focused, positive individual and work to uphold the Legends Global Marketing Network standards of excellence under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Aid in the creation, execution, and distribution of digital and social content as well as graphics, sales collateral, and other materials to drive revenue generation for the venue.
  • Work closely with marketing team in developing and executing strategies that drive ticket sales, premium seating sales, private event sales and other new revenue opportunities.
  • Support in the creation, execution and optimization of dynamic email campaigns.
  • Aids in data tracking of all marketing-related efforts.
  • Supports in creating marketing graphics using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Organizes and executes media-related duties during events when required.
  • Maintains a high standard of professionalism, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related area of study required
  • 1-3 years’ experience
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Word
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication, proofreading and editing skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and nights and weekends when required
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally

Skills And Abilities

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Word
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and nights and weekends when required
