About the Role
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator serves as a brand ambassador for Wisler by coordinating marketing activities, maintaining brand consistency, supporting community engagement, and ensuring marketing materials and communications are accurate, organized, and completed on time. This position works closely with leadership and third-party marketing partners to support company initiatives and strengthen the Wisler brand.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with strong customer service, project coordination, and time management skills. They demonstrate initiative, creativity, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, along with a strong commitment to representing and protecting the company’s brand. This position reports to the Leads Performance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing activities and maintain brand consistency.
- Support community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure marketing materials and communications are accurate and completed on time.
- Work closely with leadership and third-party marketing partners to support company initiatives.
- Schedule and manage social media content.
- Update website content using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Coordinate with vendors or external partners.
- Plan or support company events.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, event coordination, or a related administrative role.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar graphic design software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
- Tobacco-free candidates are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
- Experience supporting a service-based organization.
- Experience with Google Analytics or website analytics.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Photography and/or video editing experience.
- Familiarity with reputation management platforms.
