Sales Executive - CBS Division

What You Will Do

• Possessors of a tenacious spirit, you seek out and sign up new clients.
• You manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals, and making presentations.
• You win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals.
• You continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, and win business.
• You utilize and manage the company’s CRM to capture and enter all customer information.
• You manage the project sold to ensure completion of the scope of work through independent contractors.
• You enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere.
• You perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (construction industry preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales.
• Project and construction management experience preferred.
• Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close.
• Experience within a short sales cycle with strong closing skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems.
• Prior sales training.
• An outgoing, dynamic personality.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook.
