Key Responsibilities
- Possess a proven track record of prospecting and generating leads
- Effectively present CBS service offerings to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on service delivery and client satisfaction
- Strategically plan and execute to meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and competition
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility services or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Absolutely required to have experience using CRM software for managing sales activities
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic sales environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
