Key Responsibilities

  • Possess expertise in sales and demonstrate strong passion for delivering outstanding client service.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new business clients.
  • Present CBS service offerings to potential clients, emphasizing benefits and value propositions.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility services or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic sales environment.
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
